Red Leaves Studio x The Red Stable Announcement!

I am thrilled to announce that Red Leaves Studio is now a permanent fixture at The Red Stable in German Village!

Beginning this month, you can find a wide selection of some of my best work at the local boutique and art gallery located at 223 E. Kossuth St., directly across the street from Schmidt’s Sausage Haus & Restaurant and Schmidt’s Fudge Haus.

The Red Stable has operated as an arts hub in the historic Columbus neighborhood since the 1950s. Over the decades, it has housed countless art from the hands of Ohioans, and that tradition continues today to the tune of more than 100 artists and vendors from the area.

The building itself holds even more stories - originally used as a horse livery in the 1870s, the barn now known as The Red Stable has seen German Village rise, fall, and rise again throughout its tumultuous history. It has also been a wagon repair shop and a cork-lined ice storage warehouse. Now, it’s one of the many ways you can experience Red Leaves Studio!

This marks my second standing display at a local art shop, along with Ohio Art Market in Westerville, and I cannot wait to introduce my art to German Village. It is one of the most iconic neighborhoods Columbus has to offer. To be included in a piece of its modern culture is an honor.

Though some of what will be offered at The Red Stable could be found on my website, at arts shows, and at other places around the city, some one-of-a-kind pieces will feature only in the barn. German-inspired earrings that fit the mystique of the neighborhood, as well as other surprise special styles that I refuse to spoil, will be offered solely at The Red Stable.

The Red Stable is open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You can learn more about the store and its quirks here.

Thank you to anyone who has ever shown me and my business support! Art is what I meant to do on this earth, and every little bit of love helps me stay on that path. Here’s to Red Leaves Studio finding its second home, and here’s to the third, fourth, and many more to come!
